Palestinians trapped in the open air prison that is Gaza rely entirely on aid. It rings quite hollow to acknowledge suffering and lack of humanity and completely ignore the opportunity to also help a disproportionately affected group of people (the majority of which are children) who have been suffering and slaughtered for years now.
