Hi and happy Tuesday!

Today we’re talking a low key excellent color combo that never fails to hit: cream and red. Be not distracted by its cousin combo of white and red, which is more stark than the warm and welcoming original. Look, even in homes this collaboration is a winner:

But today we’re going to keep things simple. Taking one pair of cream Lee jeans ($20), I’ve built five outfits that start with solely cream & red and then gradually add a little black in there until you reach a solely cream & black look (also an excellent duo). A nice little reinvigoration of colors we all have hanging in our closet right now!

Happy shopping!

Album by Kenzo sweater vest, $65 // Cream leather belt, $39 // Red Anne Klein satin mules, $29

You know how I love an oversized sweater vest, so this was an easy opener. French tuck that bad boy so your cream belt can be seen and all can marvel at your chic cinching, Then, slip confidently into these red satin mules for a bold pop of color and a healthy dose of comfort.
