Hello and happy Friday!
It’s here! The first of two incoming summer drops! We’ve got neutrals, plenty of silks, and fun separates for mixing and matching, like a George Georgiou raw silk blazer or Nicole Miller silk bustier. Yesterday, paid subscribers got first dibs, so sign up below if you want a first look for next week (and every subsequent drop)!
In the meantime, below are the pieces available for purchase - just click the links below, no password needed! A small, happy update is that there’s free shipping on all items! But, if you’re not in the mood for clothes, I’ve amassed a 16-piece ‘Things I Like’ with home goods and few more earrings thrown in the mix. There’s something for everyone so…
…happy shopping!
*note: this email is clipped for length, so make sure to expand it to read it in full!*
1. Bronze figural candle holder, $63. I love how this figure either looks confused or like his body is aching. Me, too, candleholder figure. Me, too.
2. 1976 Montreal Olympics poster, $65. I first saw this on AbleShoppe’s Instagram and I just love the oddity of the design. A lot of the Montreal ‘76 Olympic posters were commissioned to single artists, so variety and strangeness abounds. Trust and risks that would never be taken now!
3. Plaster nose wall hanging, $48. Would pair nicely with the Montreal poster! This weird plaster nose just hangs on the wall! Beside your art and your family photos.
4. Gold organic mushroom earrings, $29. The shape, the scintillation. The listing has a picture of these on, so do yourself a favor and add a little umami to your ears!
5. Hand sculpture, $36. More body parts! I would add this to a stack of books and then find a small bunch of vintage beaded flowers or a really cool letter opener for it to permanently clasp.
6. Brutalist ceramic pedestal bowl, $75. Honestly based on this photo, I’m intimidated by this pedestal bowl. It’s arresting in its size and quality, but mostly from this angle it looks like a prison in 60s space movie. That is a huge compliment! Imagine the great juxtaposition of this brutalist piece with bright citrus and or a sweet little succulent garden.
7. Abstract faces vase, $32. So graphic - like Picasso meets Lichtenstein.
8. Silver coiled claw earrings, $40. Quite strange and I’m into em. Just add to the all-cream look I have for sale on the website ;)
9. Brass planter with discs, $91. A devout lover of all things brass, especially this art deco design! It’s reminiscent of the carpet in The Shining, and anything Kubrick-adjacent is good in my book.
10. Smoke hobnail glassware set, $88. Love the speckled glass, the hobnail texture, and the thick weightiness of this set! Just a really solid glassware set that would look just as good housing sparkling water as it would a Boulevardier.
11. Gold wire cat sculpture, $20. Lil cutie for all ages to enjoy!
12. Coiled copper candle holder, $30. Really into how much space this takes up for a single candle. A great candidate for a mantelpiece. Balance it out with a stack of books and weird hand with flowers (lol #5) on the other side.
13. Gold cyclist pin, $35. For the Soul Cycler in you or in your life! This is just so camp and also so specific, I had to include it.
14. Dried bean bug wall art, $20. It’s exactly as the title suggests and it’s just as delightful as you can imagine.
15. Brutalist hammered earrings, $29. Real chic, real good with the Nicole Miller bustier look.
16. Rainbow flower spoons, $30. Celebrate pride in your home every day! It should never be relegated to just June - rainbows and joy forever!
Thank so much as always for being here! Next week’s drop will include the minidress version of the backless dress, more linen separates, a very The-Row-meets-Sies-Marjan look, a sheer blazer, and more! Until then, I’ll be yardsaling this weekend if you want to follow along and I hope you have a great weekend! xx Maggie
