Shop Talk with Annette Vartanian
The Vintage Splendor creative dishes out thrift tips and a maximalist shopping list!
Welcome to Shop Talk, a monthly series where I chat vintage, shopping, and style with cool and exciting people who are making waves in their respective fields.
Today’s subject is Annette Vartanian, a vintage sourcer, stylist, and vlogger who runs Vintage Splendor, a maximalist explosion of color and inspiration for finding/styling/loving vintage! Expanding on her expertise, she also started Splendor Collective, a vintage and thrifting community that gets subscribers exclusive access to curated shopping lists, vintage guides, and a private Instagram.
I was first introduced to Annette though Beth Jones (a previous interviewee!) and was immediately struck by how creative but approachable her maximalist styling is. As a pretty tried-and-true minimalist I have been so inspired by her methods for styling as she takes you step-by-step through her process. I personally love her recent IG series, “How to dress like a Stylist” and I’m never not envious of her phenomenal thrift scores! Follow her on Instagram and Youtube, and sign up for Splendor Collective here.
