Sample platter 16: Lots of linens and pieces with a twist
+ a 'Look for Less' for a beloved 00s pant
Hi and happy Wednesday!
I’m still reeling from the release of my spring launch this weekend. Every time I feel like I’m at the brink of not being able to keep up my pace, the results of my hard work just blow me away. My heart is so full! I feel like I’m exactly where I’m meant to be, doing what I was born to do, and I’m trying to really appreciate the fleeting beauty of it all. And there are still SO many treasures to be had (for 15% off today only!).
I have a bunch of color planned for next week but this week I’ve gone back to my roots of lots and lots of neutrals. Some sheer bits, some silk bits, all pieces with a twist. And before that I have a four-piece ‘Look for Less’ as hinted by the header image - the 00s are calling!
So let’s get to it and happy shopping x

I had a black stretch version of the far left skirt-over-pants look when I was 12 and never felt cooler. I wore them constantly with my beloved Scooby Doo baby tee and Skechers (I wasn’t popular, if you can believe it!). But since I outgrew my first pair, I’ve kind of had it in the back of my mind that I’d like another, more adult version (sans Scooby tee, sadly). They’ve been popular in Japanese streetwear forever but I’ve seen them cropping up the last couple of years in the States, too. I love the simplicity of the layering and it does all the work for you! If all you did was add a white tee and loafers, you’ve got an interesting look, with the pants doing all the heavy lifting.
