Hi and happy Saturday,
I’m reporting to you from behind squinted eyes and in bed because I have a sinus migraine that will not let me out of its clutches. But vintage never sleeps! Hopefully I will sleep soon enough, but until that time, let’s goooooo.
As I mentioned last week, I’m opening a vintage store! I’ve been buying fixtures and setting up tax accounts left and right and the next big thing happening is a photoshoot for my website release and first drop! As I was gathering some pieces for the newsletter, I realized I was accidentally kind of building summer looks that have been simmering in the back of my brain. I’m definitely not one to buy a new wardrobe each season, but there are new takes on pieces I own that incite a purchase and an excitement to play around in my closet again. So today I’ve built four looks and four mini round-ups of eight summer pieces I’m on the lookout for. My summer wishlist, if you will. Special skirts
I’m not so much of a skirt gal, I definitely lean more pants and shorts, but there’s something in this summer that makes me want to lean into my femininity more and ooze a bit more sensuality. This *incredible* tie waist one would be amazing to pair with a mesh-top tank like this one, a tube top, one shoulder top - anything - just add easy flat sandals and some hoops and you’re set.
